GENERAL CONDITIONS
Fortuny3967 Palace:
- Ground floor: 1 court, 1 cellar, 1 kitchen.
- 1st floor: 1 living room, 1 hall, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
- 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 laundry room.
Check-in e Check-out
Regular Check-in: from 2.30 pm to 8.00 pm free by appointment with our hostess. Please note that the maximum delay without advising is 15 minutes; after that, a € 20.00 penalty per hour will be applied.
Late Check-in: from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm with the same conditions and penalties as the regular check in but with an extra charge of € 50.00.
Night Check-in: from 11.00 pm to 02.00 am with the same conditions and penalties as the regular check-in but with an extra charge of € 60.00.
Check-out: by 10:30 am (you will find a luggage storage per payment in Piazzale Roma, near the carabinieri station)
Late Check-out: from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm with an extra charge of € 25.00. After 1:30 pm the cost of the entire following night will be charged. If the apartment has already been booked, the re location of the arriving guest will be charged.
Deposit and Payment
Deposit: a deposit of € 200,00 will be pre-authorized on guests’ credit card.
Payment:
- prepayment by credit card with condition of the chosen offer.
- prepayment by bank transfer only if there is enough time for the it to be received.
Cleaning
Final cleaning: € 250.00 not included in the price unless different offers.
Tidying up during the stay: between 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm, on request and upon availability only at the cost of € 25.00.
Others
Pets: allowed with an extra charge of € 50.00 and a maximum of one. It is specified that guests will be responsible for any damage or disorders to the neighborhood.
Baby cot: available on demand with an extra charge of 10,00 € per night.
No smoking inside.
Tourist tax:
- from 1/01 to 31/01 € 2.80 per person per night and € 1.40 reduced.
- from 1/02 to 31/12 € 5.00 per person per night and € 2.00 reduced.
Maximum 5 days.
